“Cancellation Policy

At All Out Water Excursions, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests and allow us to properly schedule tours and charters, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Standard Tours & Excursions

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled trip time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled trip time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the trip will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

Private Charters & Large Groups

Private charters, custom excursions, and groups of 6 or more require a 7-day notice for cancellations to receive a refund.
Deposits for private charters are non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

Safety is our top priority. If a trip is canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather or water conditions, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule for another available date.

No Shows

Guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled meeting location and time without prior notice and agreement by the captain will be considered a no show and will not receive a refund.

Late Arrivals

Tours and charters depart on schedule. Late arrivals will result in reduced trip time. after 20 minutes late trip will be cancelled without refund.
