Can I cancel or reschedule my excursion?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your trip receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours before receive a 50% refund, 48–72 hours before receive a 25% refund, and less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for weather or safety, you always receive a full refund or free reschedule.
Who can go on this tour or adventure?
Guests of all ages are welcome — our tours are designed for ages 5 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some high-speed airboat experiences may have minimum age recommendations; please contact us for details.
What should I wear and bring?
We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes for airboat tours. Bring a light jacket for early morning tours. For ocean adventures, water shoes are ideal. Camera and snacks are always welcome aboard.
Can I book a private charter or group event?
