We understand plans change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may receive a credit toward a future booking. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
Guests of all ages are welcome — our tours are designed for ages 5 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some high-speed airboat experiences may have minimum age recommendations; please contact us for details.
We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes for airboat tours. Bring a light jacket for early morning tours. For ocean adventures, water shoes are ideal. Camera and snacks are always welcome aboard.
